Benjamin H. Terry has been practicing plaintiff’s injury, business, and workers compensation law in Metro Atlanta for 32 years.  Mr. Terry is a fourth generation Atlantan and was raised in DeKalb County by two wonderful parents, Fred and Jane.  By example, they taught him compassion, understanding, and respect for others. He attended Shamrock High School (now Druid Hills Middle School) and graduated in 1974.  He received a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia in 1978, and received his law degree from the University of Georgia in 1981, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Law Review. He was a partner in two Atlanta law firms until 2001, when he relocated his practice to Peachtree City, Georgia, where he became a sole practitioner. Ben now serves clients throughout the south metro area and west and central Georgia.

Since the first review by his attorney peers through the Martindale-Hubbell firm in 1986, Mr. Terry has continuously maintained an "A.V." rating, which is the highest rating given nationally for legal ability and legal ethics. 

​Mr. Terry is married to Valerie, and they live together in Fayetteville, Georgia with their three children, Ross, Faith, and Blythe.  Ross is currently away at college. Valerie received a law degree from Emory University, with distinction, in 1988. She is an invaluable resource for the discussion and analysis of complex cases. Ben and his family attend the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Fayetteville, where he has served as Senior Warden and on the Vestry, and where he currently sings in the choir.
